Honest pricing for writers.

One screenplay is one project in your Mugafi workspace. A feature film script, a short film, or a single episode of a series each count as one. You can work on a project across as many sessions as you need. On the Craft plan, you can have two active projects at once. Completed projects you archive do not count against your limit.

You paste your treatment or outline. The beat engine reads it against structural patterns found in produced screenplays and identifies where your narrative arc has gaps. It names specific beats that are present, missing, or underdeveloped. The feedback is specific to your material, not a generic checklist. It does not rewrite your outline. It tells you where to look.

Yes. The Writer plan includes export to Final Draft (.fdx format), PDF, and Fountain. The Craft plan currently supports PDF export only. If your production workflow requires a specific format not listed here, write to us at [email protected] and we will let you know our timeline.

Studio gives your team a shared workspace where up to five writers can work on projects together. You can leave script notes and comment threads on specific lines or scenes. Each writer keeps their own login. Collaboration features are designed for small production teams, writing rooms for OTT shows, or a director-writer pair working on a project together. Enterprise-scale licensing is not available yet. We are an early-stage company being honest about where we are.

Your scripts are private. We do not train our models on user scripts. The beat engine and dialogue assistant are trained on published and publicly available screenplays, not on the work you write in Mugafi. This is a policy commitment, not just a terms clause. Screenwriters shared their early material with us in trust. We do not use it to improve models without explicit consent.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no annual lock-in on monthly plans. If you cancel a Writer or Studio plan, your scripts remain accessible on export for 30 days before your account downgrades to the free Craft tier.
